About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in eCommerce platform implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on sprint management and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities

Lead and manage eCommerce projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

Implement agile methodologies to manage sprints effectively, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing project requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruption.

Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce project management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on eCommerce projects.

Experience in working on SFCC, Shopify or any other leading eCommerce platform.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the eCommerce domain.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly sprint management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and make informed decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
