Fechheimer sought to migrate from Magento to Shopify due to the high costs and constant development necessary to maintain their Magento stores. They needed a scalable, efficient, platform that would allow them to focus on marketing rather than technical upkeep. Additionally, they required seamless integrations with their MS Dynamics F&O ERP within a tight timeline.

RunDTC executed a well-structured and strategic migration plan to transition Fechheimer from Magento to Shopify in under four months. Key elements included: Expedited migration, integration to Microsoft Dynamics F&O, a revamped front-end look & feel, product, order, and customer migration, strategic 3rd party integrations, cross-functional collaboration, and minimal Customization that prioritized leveraging existing Shopify functionality and third-party apps to maintain scalability and efficiency, avoiding unnecessary complexities.
